The Ministry of Citizens’ Services provides a wide range of services to British Columbians across the province, both in person and online, from BC Services Cards to freedom of information to information technology infrastructure.

- Service BC's Contact Centre: Front line support for many of the hundreds of programs and services the provincial government offers to residents, businesses and visitors.
- Office of the Chief Information Officer: Responsible for the information technology (IT) strategy, policy and standards for the Province, provision of IT infrastructure and shared services, and management of IT capital investment.
- Properties management and real estate services: Provides cost-effective real estate services to support the public service sector, including environmental management, leasing, facilities management, project management, strategic real estate advice, acquisitions, dispositions and workplace planning.
